To be eligible for a return

Items must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn with labels and their original packaging intact. Returns that are received unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the return process will be denied and held responsible by the customers.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been damaged due to the lack of care through the return process.

 

How to make a return or exchange

Drop us an email with subject titled “Return” or “Exchange” and add your name, order number to the email body within 15 days of receiving your purchase so we can keep a look out for your returns. Attached a copy of your order invoice together with your return package.

Exchange / store credit will be processed within 2-4 days upon receiving the items. Refunds should be processed within 14 days.
